The dose of the veterinary drug, the frequency and duration of the course of treatment are set by a veterinarian individually, depending on the indications, the severity of the disease and the condition of the animal.
Contraindications and special instructions:
Heart failure.
Renal failure.
Peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum.
Hypercorticism (Cushing's syndrome).
Diabetes mellitus.
Osteoporosis.
Hypersensitivity to prednisone or the components of the veterinary drug.
Predisposition to thromboembolism, severe arterial hypertension, ascites, viral diseases.
During the vaccination period (immediately before and during vaccination).
Simultaneous use of Prednipharm with diuretics, NSAID group drugs, anticoagulants and thrombolytics, vitamin D, praziquantel, live antiviral vaccines is not recommended.
Barbiturates, phenytoin and rifampicin reduce the glucocorticoid activity of prednisone.
