Veterinary antispasmodic with special dosages and painless administration for convenient and legal use in cats and dogs
Drotaverine has a powerful antispasmodic effect on smooth muscles due to inhibition of the enzyme phosphodiesterase 4 (PDE 4). Inhibition of the PDE4 enzyme leads to an increase in the concentration of cyclic adenosine monophosphate (CAMP), which inactivates the light chain of myosin kinase (MLCK), which, in turn, leads to relaxation of smooth muscles.

Contraindications and special instructions:
Hypersensitivity to sodium bisulfite.
Severe liver or kidney failure.
Severe heart failure.
Glaucoma.
Low blood pressure (arterial hypotension), AV block of II-III degree.
