The duration of treatment is 5 days. In cases of chronic or hard-to-treat diseases, the course of treatment may be 10-14 days under the supervision of a veterinarian.
To make an administration easier, it is possible to pre-dissolve the tablet in a small amount of water and administer it using a syringe dispenser or a standard syringe for injection without a needle perorally.
It is forbidden for animals with renal and hepatic insufficiency, as well as with hypersensitivity to macrolide antibiotics.
Simultaneous use with macrolides, tetracyclines, chloramphenicol and sulfonamides is not recommended due to a possible decrease in the efficacy of azithromycin.
In females during pregnancy and feeding of offspring, the veterinary drug is used, when necessary, under the supervision of a veterinarian based on an assessment of the ratio of the expected benefit to the possible risk of its use.
