Pharmacological properties
Alvet-suspension has a broad spectrum of antihelminthic activity. It is very effective against imago and larva forms of nematodes and trematodes, as well as imago forms of cestodes. It also successfully kills helminth eggs, thus decreasing contamination in pasture fields.

Indications
Alvet-suspension is prescribed for cattle, sheep, and horses in cases of nematodosis, trematodosis, and cestodosis.

Dosage and method of administration

The drug is administered individually according to the information in the table below. Before deworming, no special diet or laxatives administration is required.

Chronic fascioliasis

0.75 ml/10 kg of animal body weight; once



Before administration, the bottle should be thoroughly shaken.

Prior to mass treatment, each veterinary drug batch should be tested in a small group of animals (10-15 heads). In the case of no complications revealed within 3 days, the veterinary drug is administered to the whole livestock.

Restrictions
Contraindications and special instructions:
Avoid administering the veterinary drug in calvers and horses in the first third of pregnancy, and in sheep in the first half of pregnancy

Withdrawal period:
meat - 20 days
milk - 7 days
