The drug is active against a number of gram-negative microorganisms, including:

Aerobacter aerogenes
Klebsiella spp.‎
Proteus spp.‎
Pseudomonas aeruginosa
Escherichia coli

Salmonella spp.‎
Shigella spp.‎

Indications

Colibac 6 is used in poultry to treat colibacillosis, salmonellosis and other gastrointestinal diseases caused by pathogens sensitive to colistin.

Dosage and method of administration

Restrictions

Contraindications and special instructions:
Do not use the drug simultaneously with ampicillin, cephalosporin and aminoglycoside antibiotics, with muscle relaxants, since colistin increases their effect, which increases the risk of paralysis of the respiratory muscles. Do not use simultaneously with calcium and magnesium drugs.
