  • Pharmacological properties

Nozifor relates to antibacterial drugs of the polypeptides. Nosiheptide, which is part of the drug, has an antimicrobial effect against gram-positive microorganisms, including Clostridium perfringens, Streptococcus spp., Staphylococcus spp., and others. Currently, strains of microorganisms that are resistant to nosiheptide not highlighted. The mechanism of action of the drug is a violation of protein synthesis in the cells of sensitive microorganisms, which ultimately leads to their death. After oral administration of the drug, nosiheptide is not absorbed in the gastrointestinal tract, does not accumulate in organs and tissues, and is excreted unchanged from the body.

UNIQUE MODE OF ACTION OF NOSIHEPTIDE

Nozifor has a unique mechanism of action on the bacterial cell. The drug interacts with the components of the microorganism in places located far from the "traditional" site of inhibition of protein synthesis by other antibacterial agents, so there is no crossresistance in Nozifor with other drugs.
