Cyflunit-ON is a transparent, slightly viscous light yellow to yellow brown liquid, easily water-miscible.

Cyfluthrin belongs to the group of synthetic pyrethroids. Cyfluthrin provides a contact insecticidal and repellent action against insects and mites including carnivorous flies (e. g. Haematobia irritans, Haematobia stimulans, Musca autumnalis, Stomoxys calcitrans), gadflies (Tabanidae), botflies (Hypodermatidae), mosquitoes (Culicidae), black flies (Simuliidae), as well as against cockroaches, ants, darkling beetles (tenebrionid beetles), and red mites.
Mode of action: Cyflunit blocks nerve impulses, thus causing dystaxia, paralysis, and subsequent death of an insect. After treatment, the drug remains on the surface and hardly degrades; this ensures its long-term insecticidal and acaricidal action.
Cyflunit-ON is prescribed to kill cockroaches, ants, bedbugs, fleas, flies, mosquitoes, rat mites, and other insects during treatment of premises and adjacent areas at veterinary facilities.
The agent has a high insecticidal activity and residual effect against the insects within 1 to 3 months. It is allowed for use in domestic premises.
Before treatment, the facilities to be processed should be mechanically cleaned and washed.
During processing, all feed, food packaging, as well as other products that can adsorb the insectoacaricide drug must be removed from the premises to be processed. Also, during processing, no people or animals shall be present in the premises to be processed.
To eradicate arthropods, a freshly prepared working solution of Cyflunit-ON diluted as indicated in the table below is used.

To prepare a working solution, the required amount of the Cyflunit-ON insecticidal and acaricidal agent (measured according to the table) is added to the required amount of water and mixed thoroughly until the solution being homogeneous at a room temperature.
The working solution amount required for treatment shall be prepared immediately before use. Storage period of the Cyflunit-ON working solution shall not exceed 24 hours since its preparation.
When handling the Cyflunit-ON working solution, use spraying or sprinkling equipment of various brands for applying the drug to surfaces.
Consumption rate of the working solution may vary depending on the surface type to be 2 2 treated: 50 mL/m (non-absorbent surface) to 100 mL/m (absorbent surfaces). The agent shall be removed from the surfaces by wet cleaning (using rags): first of all, from the floor and items from which the agent residues can get into food (i. e. tables, cupboards, shelves, equipment, etc.); in other sites, the agent can be left until its complete loss of efficacy (for 1 to 3 months). Repeated treatment shall be performed as entomologically indicated (upon the appearance of insects).
Сyflunit-ON can interact with other insectoacaricide drugs, so avoid using the drug concurrently with them, as it may influence the efficacy.
When working with Сyflunit-ON, it is required to comply with the general rules of hygiene and safety on working with insectoacaricide drugs.
