Experts of the cattle-breeding industry again gathered in Moscow, at VDNKh, to discuss the problems and prospects for the development of agriculture. Last week, the annual agricultural exhibition "Golden Autumn 2017” organized by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation was held.

"We face the challenge to increase the milk productivity of cows in agricultural organizations by an average of 6,150 kg by 2020, and increase the total milk production to 31.9 million tonnes," said Kharon Amerkhanov, director of the Animal husbandry and Breeding Department, opening the event.

The implementation of such a plan is possible only if all standards are respected and reliable partners are selected in the matter of providing livestock with high-quality fodder and veterinary means. NITA-FARM traditionally takes part in the event. The specialists of the Company advised representatives of large farms throughout the days of the exhibition: they selected effective rotational schemes, helped optimize spending on veterinary drugs and choose the most suitable drugs for solving livestock problems.
