For the first time in the history of the project, the ANIMALPROFI team went to Siberia, to be exact - to Novosibirsk. On October 12-13, this city hosted the All-Russian Forum ANIMALPROFI: Animal husbandry. The organizers of the event were NITA-FARM and BIOMIN.

At the opening of the Forum, the Director of Marketing department of NITA-FARM Natalia Oleinik shared with the participants the main idea of ​​the event.

- All-Russian Forum is a mobile format. We bring together specialists from farms of specific regions. As a rule, these are regions with a developed animal husbandry sector. The plus of this format is that any specialist can take part without a long discontinuation of work and meet with colleagues whom they have not seen since the study in college. It costs a lot.

In total, more than 170 representatives of the leading cattle-breeding farms of the neighboring regions took part in the ANIMALPROFI Forum in Novosibirsk, including Novosibirsk, Tomsk, Kemerovo, Omsk, Altai and Krasnoyarsk Territories and others. One of the participants, Oleg Petrov, an employee of Sibagro Trade LLC, shares his impressions of the event.

- I hear from the fourth person that he saw those with whom he studied at the university 20 years ago. People who live from each other in 1,000 and 2,000 kilometers have the opportunity here to communicate with each other, get acquainted and learn from experience. And also simply to learn from colleagues and experts new modern treatment regimens and feeding schemes. There are a lot of points of contact among specialists from different parts of Russia, you never be able to name them all.

12 experts spoke to the participants of the ANIMALPROFI Forum with their reports. Topics were very diverse: from metabolic diseases to rational antibiotic therapy. Tino Hochmut, a well-known expert and an independent nutrition consultant from Germany, was among the speakers. He told the guests about the most common metabolic diseases and about modern methods of their prevention and treatment. Another speaker, Rustam Galyamov, an independent consultant, shared his knowledge about the prevention and treatment of the distal segment of extremities. Vladimir Zubarev, the head of the department of veterinarians of NITA-FARM, made a presentation on the strategy and tactics of fighting parasitosis of cattle. Sergei Pozdnyakov, a dairy cattle feeding expert, CEO of DairyCowConsult, Peter Fendrikov, an independent consultant, Igor Porvatkin, veterinarian of NITA-FARM, Elena Pavlova, a senior manager at BIOMIN and many others were also among the speakers.

Traditionally, the organizers of the Forum allocated time for a round-table discussion with speakers, where each participant could ask a specific question and get a professional solution to the problem that arose in his/her farm.
