VAT interest rate change

DEAR CLIENTS AND PARTNERS!

We hereby inform you about VAT interest rate change for a number of products, produced by NITA-FARM.

These changes were brought taking into consideration explanations, set out in a Latter of Tax and Customs Tariff Policy Department Ministry of Finance Russian federation dated 4.12.2014, N 03-07-07/62107, according to which reduced VAT tax rate 10 % is applicable to the veterinary drugs, in case those products' type of data codes are in line with Russian Classification of Production of Foreign Trade Goods Classification of the Customs Union specified by RF Government Regulation dated 15.09.2008 № 688, they have market authorization and they are included into State Register of Medicinal Remedies.

Starting from 01 August 2015 while the following products selling, VAT rate 10 % will be applied.
