Last week, the NITA-FARM’s CIS Partners Club held their first meeting. The business community of veterinary companies has been created to develop business, to search for new business contacts and ideas for professional growth.
The first point on the Partners Club’s meeting map was the city of Almaty, Kazakhstan. The events were held in the premises of the BIOVETPHARM Company, an official distributor of NITA-FARM.
The main topic of discussion at the working session was the experience in the wholesale and retail market.
Ruslan Bisengaliev, the Export Director at NITA-FARM, commented on: “I would like to note the work of the BIOVETPHARM Company, who not only organized a meeting of all Kazakhstan distributors, but also demonstrated a successful example of working in this market”.
During the meeting, participants had the opportunity to exchange their work experience; in turn, NITA-FARM presented a marketing program to support partners.
Next, the members of the Partners Club went to the Republic of Kyrgyzstan, where the hosting party was the ADISVETPHARM Company. There, the vector of discussions has shifted towards the NITA-FARM’s strategy; in particular, issues related to the export of veterinary drugs were considered. Natalya Oleynik, the Marketing Director at NITA-FARM, spoke about the main directions of the Company’s evolution and product development. Ruslan Bisengaliev, the Export Director, presented the terms of cooperation with NITA-FARM, which, according to him, are built on professionalism and trust. “We do not work on the buying-and-selling principle. For us, joint business development is important, which consists of constant interaction, mutual assistance, and common values. This event allows us to see each other from different angles: we all spend several days together, both in a business and an informal environment. When we have such an opportunity to talk, the level of trust is definitely increasing”.
As part of the meeting program, the Partners Club’s members visited world nomad games, which allowed them to get acquainted with the history of the region and to learn more about the natural resources of the Issyk-Kul Lake.
According to Ruslan Bisengaliev, “Who visited the Issyk-Kul Lake, surely remembered its crystal-clear water. This time, when we visited this place with our partners, I expressed a thought that our relationship should be as clear as the water of this unique lake”.
